General information
To provide 3, $500 Scholarships for those who intend to further their education at any college or university, with a preference given to trade or technical fields of study in an Agriculture program. Examples of which include Natural resources, and Range management, but not limited to other programs of study including Farrier Science, Welding, Meat Processing, or obtaining a Commercial Drivers License.
Applicants do not need a background or future involvement in agriculture to apply. Preference will be given to applicants that
have an agriculture background or pursuing a future in agriculture.
Requirements

Applicant must between the ages of 17 and 25.

Completed online application form or typed and mailed.

An official and recent high school transcript with cumulative grade point average, ACT and/or SAT scores, and a class standing/rank.

Brief explanation of student involvement in activities applicant has been involved in.

What is the applicant's future plans in pursuing further educational opportunities.

What awards or special recognition applicant has received.

List of specific ways applicant has assisted in their community through volunteerism, etc.

List of scholarships and any financial assistance received or will receive.

Description of agricultural background.

What agricultural curriculum applicant plans to follow.

Applicant's work experience.
